Learning the art of small talk or making conversations can help you :

     ++be seen at work, and

     ++connect with people in your social life, and

     ++gain confidence.

   In his webinar, he gives 3 different frameworks for making conversations.  What is most helpful is         that he gives examples of how to use the 3 different frameworks.  He also talks about the                         roadblocks to making change.  He emphased the need to implement new information you've gained.
